WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM US ?

* Email confirmation of your booking

* Driver & Vehicle details emailed to you 12-24 hours prior to travel if requested.

* Your Driver to be at the arranged location 15 mins prior to collection time, in the appropriate vehicle as required.

* The Driver and Vehicle to be immaculately presented, with a daily newspaper and fresh bottled water supplied as standard.

* The driver will already have all the details of your journey and any special requirements and of course planned the best possible route, taking into consideration any road closures and traffic problems.

* The driver will wait patiently and then carry your luggage and escort you safely into the vehicle.

* The customers privacy will be observed at all times, allowing them to make personal and business calls during the journey.

* Any deviations or additions that need to be made to your journey, will always be accomodated by your experienced chauffeur driver, without hesitation or complication.

* The driver will always be prepared and experienced for tarmac access for private jet travellers and will always be present to meet and greet travellers arriving into the Uk's airports with a nameboard in the arrivals terminal.
